Counter-Notice Process

• identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or restrict accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly upload content without the necessary rights.

Misrepresentations

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or removed by mistake) may result in legal liability.
