• You must not upload unlicensed commercial music, backing tracks, stems, vocals, or samples.

License You Grant to Us

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant MusicBud.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transcode, display, and distribute your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to violate law or platform policies, including by uploading infringing or unauthorized content. We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, block payouts, and terminate accounts for violations.

Copyright Policy and DMCA

MusicBud.ai responds to copyright complaints and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Billing and Payment Processors

Paid features are billed through third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing paid features, you also agree to the applicable processor terms and acceptable use rules.

Use of paid features for prohibited or infringing activity may result in immediate suspension, cancellation, and payment restrictions.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services and APIs (including YouTube and Google). Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MusicBud.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicBud.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Service.
